High Frequency Life is the synthesis and formal expression of more than two decades of professional and human experience developed by its founder, Cristina Blanco.
Cristina holds a degree in Business Administration and is certified in Bioenergetic and Transpersonal Therapy, as well as a Mental Health Coach. Since 1997, she has worked across diverse business environments, holding roles in marketing, sales, business development, and executive leadership, including CEO positions.
From the very beginning of her professional journey, her corporate career has been closely intertwined with social impact and humanitarian engagement. She has collaborated with organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières and foundations supporting individuals and families through grief, loss, and complex life transitions.
Her work has taken place in high-impact and high-responsibility contexts, ranging from supporting staff within the Costa Rica prison system, to working with elite athletes in Qatar’s Star League, retired FIFA legends, and facilitating training programs within the FIFA Diploma in Club Management.
Since 2019, Cristina has dedicated her work exclusively to the field of personal development, mental and emotional wellbeing, leadership resilience, and expanded awareness in high-impact environments. She facilitates one-to-one sessions, designs and leads retreats and immersive experiences, and develops training programs and leadership initiatives for individuals and organizations operating under sustained pressure and complexity.
High Frequency Life emerges from this integrated path—bringing together business acumen, psychological depth, and a strong ethical commitment to supporting those who carry responsibility for others.
High Frequency Life works with a network of additional collaborators, including psychologists and coaches across the United States, South America and Europe, who support projects according to the specific needs of each organization and initiative. This flexible and multidisciplinary approach allows us to respond with depth, cultural sensitivity, and professional rigor to a wide range of contexts.
